1:1 bespoke
life coaching sessions

Sessions available on an ad-hoc / one-off basis,

or can be purchased in blocks.

E.g. 2 session block, 4 session block etc.

- this is flexible around what works for you.

Our first session together needs to be a 90 min ‘Clarity Session’, to clarify our focus for coaching.

This session also includes a pre-session ‘focussed thinking’ activity and a post-session guide and reflection exercise.

Any subsequent sessions will be for 60 mins.

First session: ‘Clarity Session’

- up to 90 mins (online) - £95.

Subsequent session

- up to 60 mins (online) - £65..

In-person sessions available
